Cooper is doing great, the first thing out of my 18 month old son's mouth in the morning is Dog Dog, followed by the diving hug around Coopers neck.
He is great with the kids. Sometimes jealous, however always gentle. Every Saturday is his swim day, he gets to fetch balls in the pool (followed by a warm bath) . He loves to swim, and it does not matter what the weather is like, he always ends up going into the pool.
My 6 year old daughter reads to cooper at night, which is a big help for her reading.
Cooper starts each night in Kaitlin's room until she falls asleep then he joins me and Sandy on our bed. Kaitlin even brought Cooper to school last month for show and tell. She told her classmates how a nice lady rescued him from bad people and gave him to us. It just melts your heart when you hear her tell the story.
Our family can't thank you and NORCAL Golden Retriever Rescue enough for finding us Cooper, he is a perfect fit!
From the bottom of our hearts we thank you for giving us such a wonderful gift.
